Board of Directors

The youth officers of the corporation shall be held by a Youth Member and shall consist of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and such other officers with such powers and duties as may be determined by the Board of Directors. Each youth office shall be advised by a member of an Honorary Member, Professional Member, or a Business/Corporate Member and shall consist of a President Elect, Vice President Elect, Secretary Elect, Treasurer Elect, and such other officers elect with such powers and duties as may be determined by the Board of Directors. All Officers and Officers Elect are referred to as Officers unless otherwise specified.

PRESIDENT and PRESIDENT ELECT

Youth Chair: Eric Thomas

Adult Mentor: Nathaniel Quintana
The President shall be the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of this corporation and will, subject to the control of the Board of Directors, supervise and control the affairs of the corporation. The President will perform all duties incident to such office and such other duties as may be provided in these Bylaws or as may be prescribed from time to time by the Board of Directors. The President Elect shall advise, counsel, and mentor the President.

VICE PRESIDENT and VICE PRESIDENT ELECT

Youth Chair: Marie Pack

Adult Mentor: Janessa Marsh
The Vice President shall perform all duties and exercise all powers of the President when the President is absent or is otherwise unable to act. The Vice President will perform such other duties as may be prescribed from time to time by the Board of Directors. The Vice President Elect shall advise, counsel, and mentor the Vice President.

SECRETARY and SECRETARY ELECT

Youth Chair: Brock Benson

Adult Mentor: Tracy Quintana
The Secretary shall keep minutes of all the meetings of the Board of Directors, will be the custodian of the corporate records, will give all notices as are required by law or by these Bylaws, and generally will perform all duties incident to the office of Secretary and such other duties as may be required by law, by the Articles of Incorporation, or by these Bylaws, or which may be assigned from time to time by the Board of Directors. The Secretary Elect shall advise, counsel, and mentor the Secretary.

TREASURER and TREASURER ELECT

Youth Chair: Ryan Stratman

Adult Mentor: Al Moulliet
The Treasurer shall have charge and custody of all funds of the corporation, will deposit the funds as required by the Board of Directors, will keep and maintain adequate and correct accounts of the corporation’s properties and business transactions, will render reports and accountings to the Board of Directors, and will perform in general all duties incident to the office of Treasurer and such other duties as may be required by law, by the Articles of Incorporation, by the Bylaws, or which may be assigned from time to time by the Board of Directors. The Treasurer Elect shall advise, counsel, and mentor the Treasurer.
